Immunofluorescence (IF)
MedaFluo™ and DuoFluo™ immunofluorescence detection kits are designed with proprietary non-biotin signal amplification technology to locate primary antibodies on cell smears, formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded section (FFPE) or cryostat sections. The fluorophore conjugated secondary antibodies included in the kits are pre-absorbed to minimize cross reactivity. The fluorophores used for conjugation deliver bright fluorescence intensity and photo-stability.

Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)
The Ultra-Sensitive Mutation Detection Kits are Clonal Differential Amplifier PCR (CloDiA™ PCR) methods designed with novel and proprietary mutation enrichment technology that is able to detect less than 1% common somatic mutations in the genes. The specially designed set of primers enables specific amplification of target sequence with point mutations or insertion/deletion. Subsequent analysis with Sanger sequencing is easy and straightforward. The assays work for various types of samples such as FFPE tissues, cell smears, FNA or pleural effusion specimens.
